Our CNC machine is equipped with full data record keeping for traceability of specifications. Our quality control experts assure you that lead, profile, pitch, spacing and run out match customer specifications. All machines are calibrated by manufacturer's service personnel with traceability to the National Bureau of Standards. All Precision Gear and employee’s tools are subject to a calibration program as prescribed in our quality manuals. Our system and controls are audited annually to assure continued compliance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100. In addition to our gear inspection machines, we have an optical comparator, coordinate measuring machine, and a broad variety of gaging and inspection equipment for almost any inspection requirement. We can tailor an inspection plan to meet your needs, including, 100% inspection, SPC control plans, or sampling plans. All components manufactured by Precision Gear have a minimum of first piece inspection of each operation required to complete the subject part.
